With over 15 years of experience, I have developed a unique set of skills pertaining to the processes and practices within the Utility Industry. I began my tenure in the industry with Greenville Utilities Commission as Meter Technician, then moved into materials management, and finally into the Natural Gas Division where I was promoted through Main Pipeline Construction, Service Technician, Liquefied Natural Gas Plant Operator, and, finally, to Gas Systems Operator. In 2013, I was assigned to Greenville Utilities' OPTICS Project (Optimizing Process To Improve Customer Service) as the Gas Department Core Team Representative due to my expertise in the Gas industry. The Executive Sponsors and Key Stakeholders of the project quickly realized that my knowledge expanded well beyond the Gas industry into the Electric, Water, Waste Water divisions and elected me as the Project Team Lead. As the Project Team Lead, I collaborated with all levels of staff within the company from Executive Management to Subject Matter Experts and Field Technicians to develop our business process and align them with the implementation of a suite of Oracle Products including EBS, WAM, GeoNexus, Hyperion, BI, Taleo, CCB, MWM, and MDM. My primary focus was on configuring and implementing the Work and Asset Management (WAM) system which included integration with EBS, CCB, SCADA systems, Outage Management Systems, Designer, and GIS systems as well as functional support of the development of supporting mobile applications. I am actively involved with the Oracle Work and Asset Management (OWAM) User Group and have presented our approach to the OWAM User Group on several occasions.
